In the north of the beautiful Black Forest near Baden-Baden, Rastatt

Our flat is situated in the idyllic spot of "Winkel", with its
impressive heritage-protected old farmhouse.
Winkel, a village amidst impressive landscape, was the
ideal scenery for various tv-productions eg.
"Fest im Sattel" or "Die Fallers" - the life of a Black Forest family.

From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Murg Valley,
the Rhine plains and France (Vosges-Mountains).
We are just 100m from the forest.

It's only 5 min by car to the hot springs and mineral baths, Rotherma in
Bad Rotenfels. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming complex situated in a
beautiful setting of 5000 sq.m and also 3000 sq.m unique sauna area
with several different types of saunas.
Here one can enjoy a veriety of spa treatments.

Our region has a lot of attractions to offer, eg.
old forts, castels, waterfalls and historical old cities.
No time for boredom on excursions to the picturesque Murg Valley,
to Baden-Baden (13km), Strasbourg, Elsace, Palatinate and
of course, the Black Forest.
